Wood Species
All of our products are made from locally sourced wood. Maple is the hardest wood, then Oak, then Cherry, and finally Black Walnut. Maple is the "go to" wood for heavy duty cutting and carving.
Food Safe Finishes
Our finishes are completely safe for food preparation and serving. We use a coating of food safe penetrating oil and beeswax. We recommend re-applying food safe penetrating oil/beeswax every so often to keep your board looking good and to protect it from stains and water damage.
